Q. When Does The Program Start?
The program starts on October 22nd @2 pm Eastern
Q. What size is the group.
There are up to 7 participants in a cohort. Additional sessions will be added as needed in order to keep the group size small.
Q. I’m Not Sure I’m Ready To Be Visible Yet, Should I Wait?
Absolutely not. Elevate Your Impact is exactly for women who feel like they’re not ready — but deeply want to be. You don’t need to be confident to start. You just need to be willing.
Q. What If I Can’t Attend The Live Calls?
While you will get the most benefit by attending live and you are highly encouraged to do so, all group coaching calls are recorded and available to re-watch anytime. Plus, you’ll have the Heartbeat community to check in and get support between sessions.
Q. Is This High-Tech Or Complicated?
Not at all. This program is intentionally low-tech, high-touch. You’ll receive weekly lessons via email with links to download documents or watch a video, attend Zoom calls for weekly meetings and office hours, and connect with others through our simple, private Heartbeat community.
Q. What Is The Weekly Time Commitment?
That’s a great question. You can only make progress if you’re willing to put in the work to make it happen. Plan for at least 2 hours per week. There will be a 60-Minute Coaching Call, 10-20 minutes of related content and either journaling, visibility practice or worksheets to be completed on your own time.
Q. What If I Want More Personalized Help?
You have access to optional open office hours for direct 1:1 lazar focused coaching, plus the ability to upgrade into my Private Coaching Program if a deeper container feels right.
Q. Can I Really Make Progress In 8-Weeks?
Yes. Because you’re not starting from scratch — you’re building on everything you already carry. This program brings clarity, confidence, and momentum to the voice that’s already in you.
Q. What Are The Payment Options?
-> For payment if full $997
-> For two Payments – $498.50 The second payment is due in 30-days.
-> For three payments -$397 is due today and then two additional payments
of $300 each will be due 30-days apart.
Q. Is There A Guarantee Available?
Yes. And, it’s highly subjective. If you have done the work and at the end of 8-weeks you can honestly say you don’t feel more comfortable in your own skin, have more clarity in your message and more confidence delivering it in a way that feels fully aligned to you – Then I will work with you directly until you do. Period. No, ifs, ands or buts. You either feel it – or I will work with you until you do.
