I know what it feels like to hide in plain sight. I chose invisibility at the ripe old age of nine because it felt safer than being fully myself. So this work is personal for me.

I write about the mindset shifts and inner work that helped me find my way back to being seen, and what it looks like now to show up as myself — whether I’m talking with friends and family or standing on a stage in front of thousands. My hope is that these letters help you in your own journey toward being seen feel a little clearer, gentler, and less lonely.
